Watch this space!
One of my favourite keepers in Europe is on the verge of signing for Manchester United.
I am chuffed!
David De Gea has already played in an Europa League Final and has churned out some great performances in La Liga. I think he would be a wonderful acquisition.
James Ducker The Times has reported that talks between the two clubs for De Gea are at an advanced stage, though it remain uncertain as to whether the 20-year-old will make a switch in January or play the rest of the season in the Primera Division.
Talks are at an advanced stage after weeks of negotiations, with United expected to pay about £15m for the 20-year-old.
It was unclear last night whether De Gea would join United in January or see out the season at Atletico.
It is also thought that Tomasz Kuszczak could leave the club during the summer, with a move for Denmark ‘keeper Anders Lindegaard reported to be on the cards.

I am not convinced.
Just because the transfer talk is outside the transfer window doesnt mean that it makes more sense than the rubbish we read in the windows all the time.
But the times is better than NOTW, CaughtOffside etc of course..

Is this a definite? I sincerely hope so. Although I am hearing that Atletico are denying an agreement is in place. The only concrete one seems to be our imminent signing of Anders Lindegaard in a £4m deal.
